AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$82,500.00 FROM THE PARK MAINTENANCE .FUND TO ACCOUNT
427.0, MOTOR EQUIPMENT, FOR THE PURCHASE OF DEPARTMENT
VEHICLES.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
Funds are needed fOr the purchase of vehicles within the
Park Department. Monies are available within the Park Maintenance
Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the sum of $82 ,500.00 hereby appropriated -
for the year 1986 from the Park Maintenance Fund as set forth below:

SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and
