ORDINANCE NO. 74;(4- e6 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $15,000.00 FROM THE MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR CLEANING AND TUCK-POINTING OF MASONRY AND TERRA-COTTA OF THE FACADE AND FOR PAINTING AND REGLAZING OF WINDOWS AND DOORS AT MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: The Morris Civic Auditorium is owned by the City of South Bend and is managed under the control of the Century Center Board of Managers. The Century Center Board of Managers had determined that it would be expedient and in the public interest to undertake cleaning and tuck-pointing of masonry and terra-cotta of the facade and for painting and reglazing of windows and doors at the Morris Civic Auditorium. Money is available ' for this purpose in the Morris Civic Auditorium Improvement Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, as follows: SECTION I. The amount of $15,000.00 is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the Morris Civic Auditorium Improvement Fund for a contract for cleaning and tuck-pointing of masonry and terra-cotta of the facade and for painting and reglazing of windows and doors at Morris Civic Auditorium.
