AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $700.00 FROM THE
MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR
ELECTRICAL WORK AT MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
The Morris Civic Auditorium is owned by the City of South
Bend and is managed under the control of the Century Center Board of
Managers .
The Century Center Board of Managers has determined that
it would be expedient and in the public interest to undertake
electrical work at Morris Civic Auditorium. Money is available for
this purpose in the Morris Civic Auditorium Improvement Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, as follows :
SECTION I. The amount of $700.00 is hereby appropriated
and ordered set apart out of the Morris Civic Auditorium Improvement
Fund for electrical work at Morris Civic Auditorium.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval
by the Mayor.

Request for Ordinance
It is requested that you consider and give favorable
approval to the ordinance appropriating seven hundred
dollars ($700. 00) from the Morris Civic Auditorium
Improvement Account .
These funds are to be used to correct the routing of
electrical power lines for the Morris that have
criss-crossed between the Palais Royale property and
the Morris .
