RE: Teamster 2024 Salary Ordinance

Attached is an ordinance setting the salaries for City employees that are members of the Teamsters for the
calendar year 2024. With the exception of increasing the salary amounts of nine (9) Teamster positions, this bill
fully reaffirms the previous salary ordinance, which was in line with the terms of the agreement reached with the
Teamsters Local Union No. 364 for the period of January 1, 2022 -December 31, 2024.
I will present this bill to the Common Council at the appropriate committee and council meetings. It is requested
that this bill be filed for 1st reading on September 25, 2023, with 2nd reading, public hearing and 3rd reading
scheduled for October 9, 2023. If you have any further questions or need additional information, please let me
