Note 1. Property Taxes receipts for 2022 are estimated to be $11,426,846 .
Note 2. In the December 2019 distribution, the County incorrectly calculated incremental value due to a TIF district, and thus over-distributed taxes to all taxing units, while under-distributing
to the TIF district. The correction listed here corrects that error.
Note 3. This distribution occurred because of the delay of the property tax due date. The County was concerned that not all taxes would be collected in time for the normal June distribution,
because the state pushed the property tax due date from May 10 to July 10.
