Re: Proposed 2024 City Clerk 's Salary Ordinance
Dear Council Members ,
Submitted for your consideration is the ordinance that sets the salary for the South Bend City Clerk for
the 2024 calendar year. This ordinance provides for a 3% increase in the City Clerk's salary from 2023 .
I will present this bill to the Common Council at the appropriate committee and council meeting . It is
requested that this bill be filed for 1st reading on September 25 , 2023 with 2nd reading, public hearing ,
and 3rd reading scheduled for October 9, 2023. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any
