We are addressing the issue of deteriorating doors and frames at several of our water filtration plants: Erskine, Edison, Carriage Hills, Cleveland South, and Olive. Over time, the doors and frames at these filtration plants have suffered significant wear and tear due to weather exposure, frequent use, and the presence of chemicals. The proposed door and frame repairs at the specified sites hold the potential to substantially extend the structural integrity of these buildings while simultaneously bolstering their security measures. After evaluation of available options, we have identified Action Glass as the most suitable contractor to undertake this project. Notably, their competitive pricing at $37,751.00, combined with their swift turnaround time and comprehensive experience, places them at the forefront of potential candidates. Brown and Brown quote $70,900.00, Ziolkowski Construction $62,139.00 to complete the project.
