In order to better serve users of the complex, VPA planned to install a park pavilion there using its own workforce. As a result of some employee changes in the skilled trades workforce, VPA is no longer able to pour the footings required for the pavilion, so a quote request for the work was issued via simple quote. VPA's skilled trades crew will still install the pavilion itself. On September 51", 2023, the Public Works opened and read 1 simple quote for the above project from Al Concrete Leveling.
