Executive Session Meeting Minutes: August 24, 2023
The Redevelopment Commission met in Executive Session on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. for the
purposes specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) for discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or
litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing and as specified in I.C. § 5-14-1.5-
6.1(b)(2)(D) for discussion of strate3gy with respect to the purchase or lease of real property by the governing
body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties. Commissioners David
Relos, Marcia Jones, Troy Warner, and Eli Wax appeared in person. Commission attorney Danielle Weiss also
appeared in person, as well as Executive Director of Community Investment Caleb Bauer and Property Manager,
Joseph Molnar. The meeting was held in the 14th Floor Conference Room, County City Building, 227 W. Jefferson
Blvd., South Bend, Indiana 46601. Those in attendance did not discuss any subject matter other than the subject
matter as specified in the public notice. The meeting adjourned at 9:28 a.m.
