Councilmember Lori Hamann:
1. The mayor unveiled that the ARP money appropriated for the homeless intake center was
spent on other initiatives; $4 million. Two days ago, the Tribune reported that the mayor
and the chief will be spending "excess" COVID money on grants to promote the Real
Time Crime Center. What "excess" money are they spending? And, if there is excess
money, why isn't it going to the purpose we appropriated it for?
Councilmember Canneth Lee:
1. Every year I have asked for tree trimming on the residential streets and it has happened,
that could be a way of beautifying our neighborhood and less risk of a tree falling on cars
that don't have a driveway.
2. Who is responsible for keeping the city looking clean and how do we increase those
efforts citywide.
3. What is the fastest way to address a problem house and get some attention put on it.
4. When is the home repair program going to be ready for us to introduce to the community.
