2023 – Filing Deadlines & Meeting Dates
All petitions should be filed with the Department of Community Investment

BZA Meetings will begin at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the
4th Floor of the County-City Building, unless otherwise advertised.
*Due to the election, the May and November meeting will be held in the 7th
Floor Commissioner Conference room.
The submittal dates are the last dates for filing a petition to the Board of Zoning Appeals
in order to make the respective meeting. Persons filing petitions are encouraged to file
early to avoid possible delay.
