ORDINANCE NO. 11. 11 - 81(0
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20, 000. 00 FROM
THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT
R&S 205 EDISON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
In order to meet existing and proposed traffic demands and
to provide for safe and efficient movement of vehicles, certain
improvements are necessary. The improvements include the widening
of Edison Road between Crestwood and Hickory within the City of South
Bend.
Additional funds are now needed to pay for the cost of Engineer-
ing. These funds are available from the Local Road and Street Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
Section I: The following sum of money is hereby ordered
set apart from the Local Road and Street Fund for the project
in the amount set forth below:

205 Edison Road Improvements $ 20, 000. 00
Total Project $ 20, 000. 00
Section II: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and
approval by the Mayor.

$20, 000. 00 from the Local Road and Street Fund to be used for
engineering services for Edison Road Improvements. The balance in the
Local Road and Street Fund after this appropriation is $155, 701. 76.
