AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $17,320. 62 FROM
THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO VARIOUS
PROJECTS
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
In order to close out various projects within the Local
Road and Street Fund, additional funds are needed. These funds
are available from the Local Road and Street Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
Section I : The following sum of money is hereby ordered
set apart from the Local Road and Street Fund for the projects
in the amount set forth below:

403 1984 Traffic Signal Repair $ 5, 900. 00
8501 Jeff. & Eddy Realignment $ 11,420. 62
Total Project $ 17,320. 62
Section II: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and

Dear Councilmen:
The attached is a proposed ordinance requesting an appropriation of
$17,320. 62 from the Local Road and Street Fund to be used for various
projects. Additional monies were needed due to the cost of construction
for these projects. The balance in the Local Road and Street Fund
after this appropriation is $129,471. 61.
