SUBJECT: Notice of Executive Session
NOTICE
EXECUTIVE SESSION of the Redevelopment Commission will be held on
Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the following location:
Department of Community Investment, Conference Room
14th Floor County-City Building
227 W. Jefferson Blvd.
South Bend, IN 46601
The Redevelopment Commission will meet in Executive Session for
purposes as specified in Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B) for
discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or litigation
that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing and
pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(D) for discussion of
strategy with respect to the purchase or lease of real property by the
governing body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or
lease is executed by the parties.
