()-F'( AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $55,500.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE GENERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND FOR THE COVELESKI REGIONAL BASEBALL STADIUM PROJECT. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Funds are needed for excavation costs, additional architectural and engineering fees and additional construction costs for the Stanley Coveleski Baseball Stadium Project. Funds are available within the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. That the sum of $55,500. 00 is hereby appropriated for the year 1986 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly referred to as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Public Works as set forth below: PROGRAM FA 257 Coveleski Regional Baseball Stadium 399.0 Other Contractuals $55,500.00 SECTION II.
