The City of South Bend, Indiana, Redevelopment Commission ("Cormnission") certifies that
on September 20, 2001 pursuant to a Quit Claim Deed recorded October 22, 2001 as Document
Number 0152591 and on December 7, 2001, an Affidavit of Scrivener's Error in Legal Description
of Quit Claim Deed recorded December 12, 2001 as Document Number 0162637, in the Office of
the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, it conveyed to Miami Glass, Inc. ("Developer") the
following described real estate ("Property") in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana:
A parcel of land in the West half (%2) of the Northwest (1/4) of Section Thirteen
(13) Township Thirty Seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East described as
follows, to -wit; Beginning on the East line of South Michigan Street at a point
Fifty Eight and One half (58%2) Feet North of the corner formed by the Junction of
said line with the North line of Ohio Street, thence North Twenty Two feet (22);
thence East One Hundred and Fifty feet (150); thence South Twenty Two feet
(22); thence West One Hundred and Fifty feet (15 0) to the place of beginning,
being in the City of South Bend. Key no. 18-7001-0022.
And also,
A parcel of land in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, bounded by a
line running as follows, viz: Beginning at the intersection of the East line of
Michigan Street with the North line of Ohio Street in said City, thence East along the
North line of Ohio Sheet Nine (9) rods; thence North Fifty-eight feet and Six inches
(58'6"); thence West Nine (9) rods to the East line of said Michigan street; thence
South along the East line of said Michigan Street Fifty-eight feet and Six inches
(58'6") to the Place of beginning. Key no. 18-7001-0023.
pursuant to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, and provisions of a Contract for Sale of Land for
Private: Development dated September 7, 2001, and recorded on September 10, 2001 as Document
0144979 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana. Developer has fully completed
the improvements on the Property in accordance with the provisions of the Contract for Sale of Land
for Private Development.
This Certification is issued December 2, 2005 and is evidence of satisfaction of the
provisions and covenants of the aforementioned Contract for Sale of Land for Private Development
with respect to the obligations of Developer to construct the improvements according to the terns
and conditions therein.
All terms, provisions, covenants, conditions and resolutions contained in the Contract for
Sale of Land for Private Development shall remain in full force and effect.
