LOCAL STUDENT ATHLETES
Councilwoman White And Community Honors South Bend Local Student Athletes
South Bend Common Council At Large Member, karen L. White in collaboration with the community
is hosting an event to honor four (4) outstanding male local student Athletes on Thursday, June 22,
2023 at the Charles Black Center from 5:30 P.M. -7:30 P.M. The students will be recognized for their
athletic and academic accomplishments and achievements. The event is open to the public. Joshua
Short will be the Masters of Ceremonies for the evening.

Marcus Northern, Washington High School
Cedric Suggs Jr., St. Joseph High School
DJ White, Penn High School
