The March 26, 2001 meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to order by its
Chairperson, Council Member Karen White at 3:45 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members: Aranowski, Pfeifer, King, Kelly, Varner,
Coleman, White and Kirsits; Terry Bland of the mouth GrihUU&, and Kathleen
Cekan_ski-Farrand, Council Attorney.
Council Member White noted that the first item on the agenda was to review Bill No. 22-01 which
is a request to establish an historic landmark for the property located at 501 West Washington.
Council Member White noted that a letter dated March 21, 2001 from the Historic Preservation
Commission (copy attached) requesting that the proposed ordinance be continued until June.
Council Member White stated that Bill No. 22-01 would be continued until the Council meeting of
June 11th.
There being no further business to come before the Committee, Council Member White adjourned
the meeting at 3:47 p.m.
