Chairperson, Council Member David Varner at 5:03 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room.

Council Member Varner noted that the meeting was called to review Bill No. 54-01 which would

Mr. Charles Leone, City Attorney, made the presentation. He noted that there may be one (1)
additional settlement during the third quarter which would bring settlements to a total of$400,000

settlements involves the Whitt case against the city resulting from the accident of former Police

Following discussion, Council Member King made a motion, seconded by Council Member White
that Bill No. 54-01 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion passed.
There being no further business to come before the Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 5:05
P.m.
