then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect.
Purpose of Request:
Budget request for $2 Million out of River East Development Area TIF for the Angela Blvd
Improvements Project. This will cover the portion of the project between Notre Dame Avenue
and Twyckenham and will be reimbursed by Notre Dame. This portion of the project includes a
road diet, to reduce the travel lanes to one lane in each direction and reduce their width. On
street parking will be added, with a buffer between the parking and travel lanes. Curb work will
be done at intersections to improve the safety of pedestrian crossings, a new signal will be
added at Angela and Joyce, and the pavement will be milled and resurfaced.
