Executive Session Meeting Minutes: April 13, 2023
The Redevelopment Commission met in Executive Session on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 10:40 a.m. for the
purposes specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) for discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or
litigation that is either pending or has been threatened, specifically in writing. Commissioners Marcia Jones, Vivian
Sallie, Troy Warner, and Dave Relos appeared in person. Commission attorneys Sandra Kennedy and Danielle
Weiss also appeared in person, as well as Executive Director of Community Investment Caleb Bauer; Director of
Growth & Opportunity, Erik Glavich; and Property Manager, Joseph Molnar. The meeting was held in the
Department of Community Investment Conference Room, 14th Floor, County City Building, 227, W. Jefferson Blvd.,
South Bend, Indiana. Those in attendance did not discuss any subject matter other than the subject matter as
specified in the public notice. The meeting adjourned at 11:08 a.m.
