Executive Session Meeting Minutes: March 9, 2023
The Redevelopment Commission met in Executive Session on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 8:45 a.m. for the
purposes specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) for discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or
litigation that is either pending or has been threatened, specifically in writing. Commissioners David Relos, Vivian
Sallie, Troy Warner, and Eli Wax appeared in person. Commission attorneys Sandra Kennedy and Michael Schmidt
also appeared in person, as well as Executive Director of Community Investment Caleb Bauer; Director of Growth
& Opportunity, Erik Glavich; and Property Manager, Joseph Molnar. The meeting was held in the Board of Public
Works Meeting Room, 13th Floor, County City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana 46601. Those in
attendance did not discuss any subject matter other than the subject matter as specified in the public notice. The
meeting adjourned at 9:24 a.m.
