Executive Session Meeting Minutes: December 23, 2022
The Redevelopment Commission met in Executive Session on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at 10:06 a.m. for the
purposes specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) for discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or
litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. Commissioners Don Inks, Vivian
Sallie, and Troy Warner appeared in person, and Commissioners Marcia Jones, Eli Wax, and Leslie Wesley
appeared virtually. Commission attorneys Sandra Kennedy and Danielle Weiss also appeared in person, as well as
Executive Director of Community Investment Caleb Bauer. The meeting was held in the Board of Public Works
Meeting Room, 13th Floor, County City Building, 227, W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana 46601 and virtually
via Microsoft Teams. Those in attendance did not discuss any subject matter other than the subject matter as
specified in the public notice. The meeting was adjourned at 11:01 a.m.
