On April 11th, 2023, the Board of Public Works opened and read 2 quotes for the above project.
The quotes were as follows:

National Pavement Maintenance $55,335.00 $5,139.00 $60,504.00
Asphalt Restoration Services $35,570.00 $3,076.80 $38,646.80
Asphalt Restoration Services did not make any attempt to meet the included M/WBE goals in
the quote spec and National Pavement Maintenance did not fully meet the WBE goal. It was
determined that they did not make a good faith effort to meet the WBE goals. They did meet the
MBE goal. The Department of Public Works recommends rejecting both quotes as non-
responsive.
