At its April 25, 2023 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the rejection of all
bids for the above referenced project, due to lack of good faith effort to meet M/WBE goals.
This project will be advertised at a later date. Thank you for bidding, and we hope you

On April 11th, 2023, the Board of Public Works opened and read 1 bid for the above project from
Milestone Construction.
The bidder met the full MBE goals but not the full WBE goals. It was determined by ODI and
Public Works that the contractor did not make a good faith effort to meet the goals. The
Department of Public Works recommends rejecting the bid and approving a request to advertise
the project again.
