NOTICE
The Community/Campus Advisory Coalition (CCAC) will meet on Tuesday, April
25th, 2023, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at the Technology Resource Center, Catalyst 2
Building, 1165 Franklin Street, South Bend, IN 46601. The Committee meeting will
be held by way of a hybrid meeting using Microsoft Teams app. Public access to the

II. Updates and Highlights from Member Organization Representatives to Include
Introductions of Newly Elected Student Body Representatives
A. University representatives, including introductions of newly elected
student body representatives for academic year 2023-24;

D. City Representatives & Common Council Members.
III. 2023 Fall Meeting Schedule
A. Proposed 2023 Fall Meeting Schedule: 3:30 pm, fourth Tuesday of each
month – August 29 (5th Tuesday), September 26, October 24, and
November 28
B. Member Feedback on Proposed Schedule
