My report is attached. I found the column to be in good and solid condition. By the standards and guidelines, it is less than 50% deteriorated beyond repair. Therefore, it does not qualify for replacement. If you change your application to repair and restore the column, I will be able to administratively approve the project. If you would like to continue with requesting to replace the column the project will need to be heard by the commission at the next meeting on March 20. Also, are you only replacing floor boards as needed or are you requesting to replace all the flooring?
