Dear Mr. Kuhns:
At its April 11, 2023 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced contract to ratify the time and materials Contract for Emergency Repair Services for
a collapsed sanitary sewer in January 2023 at Evergreen Ln. and Meadow Ln. in the amount of
$48,343.98 (final cost).
