estrutiiit ttzzton of flit 'ontb Ott Common outtrii: <br /> The September 19, 2001 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to <br /> order by Council Vice-President James Aranowski at 4:07 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting <br /> Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Kelly, Varner, King, and Aranowski; City <br /> Attorney Charles Leone and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney. <br /> Council Member Aranowski noted that the Executive Session of the Council was called pursuant to <br /> the Indiana state law which permits Executive Sessions for the purpose of receiving information on <br /> the "initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in <br /> writing"which involves the City of South Bend. <br /> Council Member James Aranowski, as Vice-President of the South Bend Common Council hereby <br /> certifies that nothing was discussed in this Executive Sessions that was not properly posted in the <br /> official"Notice of Executive Session"dated September 12,2001. <br /> Council Member Aranowski adjourned the meeting at 4:32 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Vice-President James Aranowski <br /> SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL <br /> KCF:kmf <br />
