We build better government by cultivating trusted relationships,
leveraging cross-sector expertise and advancing public sector
innovation.
OUR VISION:
A nation comprised of thriving communities where residents have
trust and confidence in each other and in their government’s ability
to meet their collective needs and respond effectively and equitably
to emerging challenges.
OUR VALUES:
We are guided by the principles of trust, dignity, and prudent
stewardship of public resources and local governments’ role in
promoting those values to nurture democracy at the ground level.
