desirable to vacate the followin3:
The alley south of Mishawaka Avenue f rom Louise Street to the
Grand Trunk Western Railroad .
The followine, property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation:
Lots No . 20 and 21 Beyer's 2nd A d1t1on and a part of the North~est
quarter {N. -¼) of section eighteen, Township thirty-seven (37) North,
ran e three (3) East, bounded by 1 e running as follows, viz:
Beginning on the Southeasterly line of the right of way of the
Grand Trunk Vestern Railway Compan~, at a point one hundred fourteen ·
(114') feet So thwesterly, ( measured at· ri ht angles), from the
Southwesterly line of Misha aka Avenue , in the City of South Bend, thence
runnin~ Southeasterly p arallel with said Mishawaka Avenue, and along
