The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by
such vacation:

TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND
SAFETY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND , INDIANA
The undersigned property owner petitions your
honorable body to vacate that part of the court or alley extend-
ing from the west line of South Columbia Street west to the east
line of the north and south alley extending between East Wayne
Street and the right of way of the Grand Trunk Western Railroad
Company, which court or alley is known as Alexis Court in the
City of South Be nd and which portion of said cour t or alley
sought to be vacated herein lies between Lots Numbered Three
Hundred Thirty-nine (339} a nd Three Hundred Fort y (340) as shown
on t he Or i g inal Pla t of the Town, now City of South Bend.
The unders i gned is the owner of all real estate con-
tiguous to said portion of the alley sought to be vacated .
