Gentlemen:
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation respectfully represents
that it is the owner in fee simple of the following described real estate:
Lot 382 in the Plat of Subdivision of Lot "A"
Fordham and Ford's Subdivision of ten lots in
the 2nd Plat Riverdale: All ·denominated Fordham;
That the Plat containing the above described real estate, recorded
April 6, 1903, in Plat Book 8, page 109, of the records of St. Joseph County,
Indiana, wherein the streets and alleys were dedicated to the public for the
public use, shows a Court 48 feet by 40 feet over the Northwest corner thereof,
as shown in the survey attached hereto and make a part hereof;
That said Court has not been used for a public purpose for more than
twenty years last past and has been completely covered by a lumber shed during
that time;
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays that the same may be vacated according
to law.
