COPY OF PUBLICATION PRINT LEGAL NOTICE Vacation Resolution No. 2508 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That it is desirable to vacate the following: ALLEY NORTH OF WASHINGTON AVE-NUE from Meade Street to Northerly line of Washington Avenue, also : ALLEY WEST OF' MEADE STREET from Washington Avenue to Lawton Street. The following property m ay be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation: Lots No. 79, 80, 81, 82, 84, 85, 86, 87, 38 and 89 West End Subdivision . Notice of this resolution shall be published I ori the 6th day of June and on the 13th day of J une, 1941, in the South Bend Daily Trib-une and Weekly Mirror. This Board , at its office in the City Hall, on the 30th day of June, 1941. at 10 :00 A. M. will hear and receive rem onstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. Adopted this 19th day of May, 1941.
