n1cate the followin)!:

he southerly part of Rose Street between Blaine Avenue
and Kessler Boulevard; Bounded by a line running as follows, viz:-
Beginning at the north est corner of ot 25 in ortage Heights
Addition to outh Bend, Indiana., and running thence westerly on a
10°-12' curve to the right a distance of eighty seven and six tenths (87.6) feet, thence north wester ly on a 14' curve to the right, a
distance of three hundred ten and seven tenths (310.7) feet; the same
being parallel with and sixty (60) feet from the northerly line of
part to be taken off of lots 26 and 27 for street purposes, thence
north westerly on approxim tely a 10° curve to the left a distance
of forty (40) feet more or less to the intersection with the orig-
inal south east line of said ose Street; thence south easterly on
the original southerly line of said Rose Street to the place of
beginning.
