In th~ above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance filed, Mrs. Wilhelmina Fisher and Mrs . Ireland
property owners appeared. The Board therefore sustain all former
action taken one aid resolution and declare the above described
property in all things vacated and this resolution n all things,
rat1fierl, confirmed and approved.
And the Board now orders that a llst or roll be prepared of
all owners or holde·rs of property and of valuable interests
therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected w~ich
list or roll ·also describe the property beneficially affected.
