Beginning on the west line of
Birdsell Street and the south line of
the first Alley north of Liston street;
thence west along the south line of said
alley 115½ feet to the east line of the
First north and south alley west of Birdsell Street;
thence north 12.54 feet to the north line of
Alley; thence east 115½ fee.t to the west
line o~ Birdsell Street; thence south 12.54
feet to the place of beginnihg. All as shown

Notice is hereby gi ven that the B oard of Public Works of said City at a meeting of said Board, held
Oil the Fi~st _ day of May 1912 190 , adopted a resolu-
lion for the VAltATION _()f the following described propertJ': The First alley
North of Liston Street from the west line of Birdsell Street to the
First North and South Alley west of said Birsell Street, in the City
of South Bend, County of st.Joseph and state of Indiana, which Alley
proposed to be vacated is more specificially descrlbed as follows:-
Beginning on the west line of Birdsell Street and the
south line of the first Alley north of Liston Street; thence west along
the south line of said Alley 115½ feet to the east line of the first
Alley west of B_irdsell Street; thence north 12. 54 feet to the north line
of Alley; thence east 115½ feet to the west line ot· Birdsell Street;
thence south 12. 5'4 feet to the place of begnning. All as showm by a
plat of such vacation now on file in the Office of the Department of
Public Works of said City.
The property which may be injuriously or beneficiallly
affected in the ity of South Bend, St.Joseph County, Indiana. by said
proposed vacation is known and described as lots 24 and 25 in Sarah
J.Stover's pub-Division of Bank Out Lot 81, said lots abut on the
north and south side of said Alley and are owned by John W.Teel and
Joseph Fuzy.
The object of such VACATION IS THE C_LOSING AFORESAID DESCRIBED ALLEY IN
