Board for the adoption of the proper resolution vac~ting

Grove a ddition,now in and part of the Cbity of South Bend,
Indiana,as follows ,to wit :
First :-Baker street ,from the west line of Johnson street
west to the East line of Grant street,same being Thirty-
three (33)feet i n widt and one hundred ig ty one
andFive Tenths(l81.5)feet in length.
Se cond:-Grant street from the south line of Oran~e street
o a oint on t~e south l i ne of Baker street whe n extended

dred and Fourteen and o tenths(214.2)feet in length,
upon the following grounds Viz:-
First :-That said Baker street ,and that part of Grant
street herein sought to be vacated are not now and ha e
