NOTICE OF RESOLUTION OF VACA• TION. City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Public Works. Notice Is hereby given that the board of public work'5 'Gf said city at a meet-Ing of said board on the 11th day of July, 1903, adopt~d a resolution f~ the vacation of the following described property: The fourteen foot alley as shown In plat of A. S. Baker's addition to the city of South Bend, and lying Immediately w est of lot No. ,1, In said plat. The object of·such vacation Is to shut off travef on prtvate ground. the owners of all the real estate along and adjo1n1nz a certain alley 1n
the city of South Bend Indiana described as follows. to w1t:
The fourteen foot alley as shown 1n Plat of A~ s. Baker's
addition to the city of south Bend, and lying 1mmed1ately west of Lot
Number One ko. i) 1n said Plat; that the alley has no northern outlet
and can only be used as a driveway by the occupants of our property,
and that sa.td alley 1s not of" surnc1ent Width to tum Without dr1v1ng
on our -private -property; that said alley 1s of no public ut111·ty and
we respectfully ask that said alley be vacated~
