Notice ls hereby given that the board of public works of said city at a meet-Ing of said board held on the 6th day of Ja.nuary, 1904, adopted a resolution for the vacation ol a public alley de-scribed as follows: Fourteen (10 feet otr nortl1 side of lots 324 and 325 in the original plat O• South Bend, Indiana; also alleys be-tween lots 323 and 326 In the or iginal plat from the south line of said lot to within fqurteen (10 feet of the north lJne of saN lots 323 and 326. The object of such vacation is to relocate e. public alley. The following persons are Interested In these proceedings~ .John N. Rlland, G. F. Beyler, Geo. F. and Wm. F. f W hiteman, William Mannerlng and the Trunk Western Railway com• pany. This board at its office In the city ha ll on the 19th day of January, 1904, 1 &t 10 a. m., will hear and receive re-monstrances from all persons lnterested or affected by the proceedings. W. A.
