NO'l'ICE OF RESOLUTION OF VACA-TION. City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Public Works. Notice is hereby given tbat the board of public works of said city at a meet-ing of said board held on the 19th day of September, 1903, adopted a resolu-tion for the vacation of the following described property: That part of the alley In the Bur-roughs addition to the city of South Bend, lying south of lots 31 and 32, in s aid addition. described as follows: l ying east of the following line and west of Portage avenue; beginning at I a point 14 feet north and 6.2 feet east 1 of the northeast corner of lot 19 in said , addition, thence south 42 degrees eaRt to the south line of said alley. ,.
