NOTICE OF RESOLUTION OF VA-CATION, City of South Bend, rndiana, Department of Public Works. Notice is hereby given that the board of public works of said city at a meeting of said board, held on the 1st day of July, 1903, adopted a resolution for the vacation of the following de-1scrlbed property: May street from the north line of Indiana avenue to the south line of the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railway company'.s tracRs, excepting all street and alley interesections. The object of such vacation is for the relocation of May street. The following persons are interested in these proceedings: Delmar C. and Kittie May Leer. Said board wlll tneet at 7: 15 p, m., on the 14.th. da.y-of Jttly; 19-03, at !ts of-.-1lce ih the city ball and receive and bear remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these pro-ceedings.
