Dear Mr. Henry:
At its February 14, 2023 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced Change Order be increased by $11,724 with an additional eighty-seven (87) days,
bringing the revised contract amount to $1,235,762 with a new completion date of December 5,
2022.
Enclosed is a copy of the Change Order for your records.

Other: Allowance for purhcasing a pre-build shed was not fully
utilized.
Error: Existing condition leaves a steep elevation change at west
property line; install slope-embedded boulders to remedy issue.
Scope: One additional light fixture was added in conjunction with a
shift of the two planned light fixtures in the northern alley.
