At its February 14, 2023 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the above
referenced Change Order be increased by $6,187, bringing the revised contract amount to
$403,687.

revisions made
in the reviewed door hardware submittal. +$1,178.00

attached details.
Access panels to be made of 12-gauge mill finish stainless steel. +$4,165.00
#3 design omission/inadequacy - Furnish, install, maintain, and remove added temporary tree protection in
returned submittal
260000 Secondary Underground Electrical Service - SD WBK V2 dated 01/05/2023. +$844.00
The design did not call for the protection of 2 trees that are within the construction zone. (Also, the
standard front-end specifications for tree protection are inadequate, per the City Forester. Becca P and Zach
worked with Brent to revise the front-end docs for future applicable projects.)
