2022 Rubber Speed Table and Speed Cushion Installation

Change Order Number 1 for Project Number 122-014A utilizes the 20% change order limit to
use an existing contract to install three additional rubber speed tables on Lathrop Street. This is
an internally identified safety concern that we are addressing with an existing contract. The
contractor reduced the unit price from the original contract unit price for the change order so that
we could get three installed at the 20% limit.
