Next Steps/Timeline: • Identify: Who are the key stakeholders to engage in this process? • Conduct community engagement work during first half of 2023 • Announce the community engagement process at the Q4 Public Safety Update in Jan 2023 Potential Topics next SB Stat Meeting • Review Rapid Survey Results if we pursue one of the proposed adjustments • Review status of community engagement for the community policing initiatives
