The July 19, 2000 Executive Session of the Common Council and the Board of Public
Safety was called to order by Council President Charlotte Pfeifer at 5:30 p.m. in the Council
Informal Meeting room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Aranowski, Pfeifer, Varner, Ujdak,
Kirsits, and White; Fire Chief Luther J. Taylor, Assistant Chiefs Randy Magdalinski, Rick
Switalski and Robert Quinn III, Board of Public Safety Member Thadeus T. Zakowski; M.
Catherine Roemer, City Controller; Cheryl Green, Thomas Bodnar, and Kathleen Cekanski-
Farrand, Council Attorney.
It is hereby certified that only discussions with regard to strategy with respect to the Fire
Department negotiations took place at this Executive Session,pursuant to the posted notice of such
session.
Council President Pfeifer adjourned the meeting at 6:50 p.m.
