Tim Corcoran, Director of Planning for the City of South Bend, and Chris Drcssel with the
Office of Community Investment, both with offices on the 14th floor of the County-City
Building gave a presentation about improving the alley vacation process in advance of a future
ordinance request to the Common Council and answered any questions the Council had.
With no further business, Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski adjourned the committee meeting
at 4:11 p.m.
