Animal Welfare Commission Members Present: Dr. Mariah Covey, Pam Wesolowski, and Barb Leavell
City Staff Present:Lindsay Cueller -SBARC Shelter Manager, Tom Panowicz-
Attorney for SBARC, and Kylie Connell - Attorney for
AWC, Marissa Frattini, and Pam Meyer-Chief
Neighborhoods Officer.
1.The meeting was called to order by Dr. Mariah Covey at 1806 hours.
2.A motion to approve minutes was made by Dr. Covey with a second by Pam Wesolowski.
3.Lindsay Cueller discussed reports from February 2022.
A.As of right now SBARC is fully staffed.
B.SBARC will be in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
C.There is to be a pet adoption at Petsmart this month.
4.Discussion of code updates is on the agenda for April.
5.A hearing is scheduled for March 10, 2022 at 1800 hrs.
6.April 7, 2022 is the next meeting and hearing for the commission.
A.Meeting starts at 1730.
B.Hearing will start at 1800..
