HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-25-99 Zoning & Annexation 0 The Zoning and Annexation Committee to the Common Coma of the City of 6outb itb: The October 25, 1999 meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to order by its chairperson, Council Member John Hosinski at 4:15 p.m. in the Council informal meeting room. Persons in attendance included Council Members: Aranowski, Varner, Kelly, King, Hosinski, Ujdak, Coleman and Sniadecki; John Byorni, Dea Andrews, Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand and Terry Bland. Council Member Hosinski noted that the first item on the agenda was to review Bill No. 61-99 which is a rezoning request for the property located at 515 North Cushing Street. John Byorni,Assistant Area Plan Director, showed a copy of the proposed site plan to the Committee and noted that both the staff and the Area Plan Commission send the proposed ordinance to the Council with a favorable recommendation. She presented a letter, copy of an architectural drawing, aerial view and proposed final site plan of the Colfax Campus of South Bend Heritage Foundation (copy attached). The motion passed.
